Hi, thanks for visiting us.
This is the home page of the Federation of Boxer Dog clubs in South Africa (FBCSA). The FBCSA is a grouping of all Boxer dog clubs that are all affiliated to the Kennel Union of Southern Africa (KUSA) which is in turn, a full member of the FCI.
The Fédération Cynologique Internationale (FCI) is the World Canine Organisation. It includes 99 members and contact partners with only one recognised member per country . In South Africa that member is KUSA and as the Boxer Breed Council of KUSA, we are the official, internationally recognised authority on Boxer dogs in South Africa.
The main objective of the Boxer Breed Council is to promote interest in and the welfare of pure-bred Boxer dogs.
The Breed Council is responsible for advising its parent body (KUSA) on all matters related to the Boxer breed. It is also responsible for the promotion of the Boxer as well as its well-being.
We seek to do this by providing guidance and assistance with regard to responsible breeding, training, health, care to encourage participation in sporting activities for Boxers always acting in the best interests of the breed.
The full objectives of the Breed Council are set out in the Constitution under the Documents section of this website .
